If you are unsure whether you need a formal diagnosis, or you are exploring neurodivergence in a broader sense, we offer standalone consultations. These include a set of screening measures and a consultation with a clinical psychologist, followed by tailored recommendations.

We provide autism and ADHD informed therapy for young people and adults. Our evidence-based approach supports mental health, adjustment to diagnosis, and everyday coping, drawing on methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Therapy can help with difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, shame, or self-esteem, building confidence and resilience.
