Clinical Psychologist & Director of Autism Kent, HCPC registered
Dr Isobel Robb is a clinical psychologist with experience spanning over twenty years. Isobel's expertise means that she has the skills to identify, assess and treat a broad range of mental health difficulties. She has a specialist interest in neurodevelopmental conditions. She previously worked in the Autism Assessment Service at the Behavioural Genetics Clinic, Institute of Psychiatry / South London & Maudsley NHS Trust. She has also worked as a senior psychologist in adult mental health NHS services in East Kent. She is trained in "gold standard" autism and ADHD diagnostic assessment tools.
Dr Robb also provides specialist assessments and therapies for people experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, trauma, obsessional thinking patterns, rumination/worry, and phobias. She provides a safe and sensitive space for people to explore their challenges and identify ways of alleviating difficult thoughts and feelings. She is trained in compassion focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, CBT and mindfulness.

Dr Nicky Wood is a consultant clinical psychologist. She lives and works in East Kent and has worked for the NHS since qualification as a clinical psychologist over 25 years ago. She also works independently. She has worked locally since 2008 and previously worked in London at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust and The Evelina Children’s Hospital. Her career has been spent working with neurodiverse children and young people, as well as teaching and training professionals who work with them. She is dedicated to improving the function, well-being and quality of life of neurodiverse individuals and their families.

Dr Emma Girling is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience across a wide range of settings, including many years working in NHS mental health and paediatric services. Throughout her career, she has specialised in supporting individuals who think differently, including autistic people, those with ADHD, and individuals with learning differences—across all ages.

Faye is a clinical psychologist with 20 years experience in mental health, and specialises in autism assessment. She has a doctorate from Royal Holloway University and has worked in a variety of sengs, including a therapeuc care home for abused children, in primary care providing CBT for adults and held roles at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Since 2017 she’s focused on autism assessment in muldisciplinary adult and child diagnostic teams.
Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, HCPC registered
Emma is an experienced (Highly Specialist) Speech and Language Therapist who has worked for NHS Trusts in Sussex, Lewisham and Kent, as well as private specialist provisions and private practice.
Emma has over 16 years of experience working with autistic and neurodiverse children and young people including those with social communication, complex communication or developmental needs.

Julie is a highly specialist speech and language therapist and a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
She has worked for the NHS in East Kent as a Speech and Language Therapist since 1994, supporting children with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs.
Speech and Language Therapist, HCPC registered
Clara is a highly specialist speech and language therapist, with over 10 years of experience working within the NHS. Having worked across a wide range of mainstream and specialist settings, Clara has a passion for supporting autistic children. Clara has developed services in specialist settings for children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Clara works collaboratively with schools and families to understand and support the needs of autistic children. Clara has a special interest in working with children and adults with neurodivergent conditions, such as autism.
Clara has a BSc in Speech and Language Therapy, completed at the University of Reading. Clara enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team and is trained in delivering the gold standard autism diagnostic tool, ADOS-2.
Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, HCPC registered
Stephanie is a highly specialist speech & language therapist (SaLT) registered with the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists and the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice, and governed by the Health & Care Professionals Council. She has experience working online, in clinics and in schools for the NHS and independent practice. She has a wide range of experience working with children in early years to adults assessing and providing intervention for speech, language and communication difficulties.
Dyslexia Assessor and Specialist Teacher
Laura is a highly experienced dyslexia assessor and specialist teacher with over 23 years of expertise in state and independent schools across the UK. She has held a variety of leadership roles, including head of faculty, special educational needs coordinator (SENCo). Throughout her career, Laura has worked with children and adults, helping them to understand their unique strengths and overcome challenges to achieve their potential.
Laura is passionate about empowering individuals who find learning difficult. She has supported hundreds of students and adults, offering tailored strategies to build confidence, improve outcomes, and develop a deeper understanding of dyslexia. Her compassionate approach ensures a truly person-centred experience, helping clients thrive in education, work, and life.
CBT Psychotherapist, BABCP accredited
Roger has extensive experience in working both in social care and mental health and has practiced within the private sector (inpatient and outpatient), the NHS, and the charity sector. In the past five years, Roger has incorporated experiential psychotherapy within his CBT practice which incorporates mindfulness, compassion focused therapy (CFT), and more recently schema therapy. The CFT approach has been shown to be highly effective to "non-responders of CBT", particularly if they experience high levels of shame/self-criticism.
